🆑Concentrated Liquidty

Concentrated liquidity pools, such as the ones implemented in SwapBlast v3, offer a more flexible and efficient alternative to traditional automated market maker (AMM) pools.

Unlike AMMs, which evenly distribute liquidity across the entire price range, concentrated liquidity allows liquidity providers to focus their funds on specific price ranges.

This targeted approach reduces slippage for traders, as liquidity is concentrated where it's needed most, especially in volatile markets or for assets with large price disparities.

By enabling liquidity providers to allocate their capital strategically, concentrated liquidity pools can optimize capital efficiency and increase overall market depth, providing a superior trading experience compared to AMM pools.
